        公司成立，主要业务为空调系统设备的维护保养业务

        Company established, major business in HVAC system operation and maintenance work.

      1985

        成立工程部门，承接空调系统工程

        Set up construction department, starting HVAC construction work.

      1986

        完成抗静电超低湿度控制的飞弹火药组装生产线空调工程

        First completion of anti-static/low humidity controlled room for missile explosive assembly line.

      1988

        完成首件36层高层大楼空调工程

        First completion of HVAC system for 36 floors of commercial building.

      1990

        完成首件温度限定0.1°C变化的三次元量测室恒湿恒温空调工程

        First completion of ±0.1℃ constant temperature/humidity  controlled room for 3D measuring room.

      1991

       完成首件5000RT-hr容量的储冰系统工程

       First completion of 5000RT-Hr capacity of ice tank construction.

      1994

        投资设立储冰设备生产工厂–奇立实业(股)公司

        Invest and establish ice tank manufacture – Chi Li Industry Co., Ltd.

      2000

        完成首件冰水机组能力12000-RT的空调工程

        First completion of 12000RT of chiller system.

      2001

       完成单一工程面积1100m2 的 class 1 CLEAN ROOM 工程

       Completion of class 1 cleanroom for single project of 1100m2 area

      2002

        完成首件30000m2（class 1000）无尘室工程、储冰空调工程业绩及技术大幅优先同业

        First completion of 30000m2  cleanroom (class 1000) construction. Ice tank technology and sales as leading company in the market.

      2003

        完成首件40000m2（class 10–1000）无尘室工程，与日方合资成立TOPWELL达葳工程(股)公司及无尘室系统材料设备生产工厂

        First completion of 40000m2  cleanroom (class 10–1000) construciton. Joint with Japanese venture to establish Topwell Engineering Co., Ltd. and            manufacture for production of celanroom equipment and material.

      2005

        全年完成150000m2（class 10–1000）的无尘室工程

        Completion of total cleanroom area up to 150000m2.

      2006

        完成首件50000m2（class 10–1000）无尘室工程

        Completion of single project  cleanroom area of 50000m2 (class 10–1000 ).

      2007

        承接单一合约金额27亿台币金额的无尘室工程

        Receive single contract amount NTD270,000,000 of cleanroom project.

      2008

        完成首件140000m2（70000m2 x2 class 10–1000）无尘室工程

        Completion of cleanroom area of 140000m2（70000m2 x2 class 10–1000）.

      2009

        九合工程与达葳工程合并，九合工程为存续主体、并沿用TOPWELL为洁净室设备材料品牌

        Topwell Engineering is merged into Chiu Ho engineering. Topwell is kept as brand name for cleanroom equipment and material, and  Chi Li Industry Co., Ltd is 100% owned by Chiu Ho Engineering Co., Ltd.

       2010
